IAN THE ANTICHRIST

Cross St Studios hosted the premiere season of IAN THE ANTICHRIST, a black comedy written and directed by Roderick D. Morgan that tackled the taboo subjects of religion and sexuality.

The play centred on Ian as he approached his eighteenth birthday, grappling with an overbearing father, his burgeoning sexuality and a struggle to find any "evil" within himself. Joined by his man-hating best friend Jenny and his love interest, Jesus, the three friends found themselves on a collision course with fate, offering a humorous alternative perspective on being the teenage embodiment of evil.
